CDC responds to measles outbreak in Texas: 160 cases reported, 22 hospitalized

The CDC is responding to a growing measles outbreak, with nearly 160 cases reported since late January. Twenty-two people have been hospitalized. Gaines County in far west Texas has the most cases, with 107. The Texas Department of State Health Services expects additional cases in the outbreak area and nearby communities.
