Pizza shop works to reduce recidivism rates

A Philadelphia pizzeria owned and operated exclusively by formerly incarcerated people is offering a creative and delicious solution for people who have served time in prison but can't get jobs. People with felony records in the city have a higher than 60% chance of reoffending, often because of a lack of legitimate employment opportunities.
