An arrest was made after a dispute escalated between a delivery driver and those in a home he was delivering to in Oakland County, Michigan.

Andrew Gerard Boyer, age 36, was charged with brandishing as a result of Friday's incident in the 5000 block of Woodland Pass, according to the report by Bloomfield Township Police Department. This is a 90-day misdemeanor charge. An arraignment hearing has since taken place at 52-1 District Court.

Police said a verbal disagreement had resulted between Boyer and those who were at the home when he was making a DoorDash delivery. He left to go to his vehicle, and three women came out of the home while yelling at home.

"The DoorDash driver drew his gun from his waistband, chambered a round and yelled at the women to get away from him," the report said.

Police then arrived on scene. The Oakland County Prosecutor's Office later issued a warrant, authorized by the district court magistrate.
